Who We Are

M-Cor Painting started as a small family operation in Colorado Springs — built on the belief that quality craftsmanship and honest service are what keep customers coming back and sending their neighbors your way. That foundation hasn’t changed.

Over the past 20 years, we’ve grown into one of Colorado Springs’ trusted local painting contractors, handling residential and commercial projects across the region. Our 5-star Google rating and 60+ verified reviews reflect something simple: we do what we say we’re going to do, we do it right, and we stand behind the work.

The business is now being led by Carlos Mondragon, who is carrying the family’s values forward while building the infrastructure and systems that support the next chapter of growth. That means more consistent processes, stronger communication, and an expanded ability to serve homeowners and commercial clients throughout the Colorado Springs area.

Whether it’s a single room refresh, a full exterior repaint, or a commercial project across multiple spaces, the M-Cor standard is the same: show up prepared, treat your property with respect, deliver quality work, and don’t leave until you’re satisfied.

Our Values

Honest Pricing
We provide detailed written estimates before any work begins. No surprises, no add-ons you didn’t agree to, no pressure to decide on the spot.
Respect for Your Home
We treat every property like it’s our own. That means protective coverings on floors and furniture, professional conduct on the job, daily cleanup, and leaving your space better than we found it.
Standing Behind Our Work
Our 5-year satisfaction guarantee isn’t a marketing phrase. If something isn’t right after we’ve completed a project, we’ll make it right. That’s a promise, not a policy.
Personal Service
When you call M-Cor Painting, you’re talking to someone who knows your project. We’re not a franchise. We’re a local family business, and the quality of our relationships is as important to us as the quality of our work.

M-Cor repaired damaged stucco on the exterior of my house. Then painted the entire exterior. They did a great job, very high attention to detail. I would use them again.

I needed my whole exterior and interior done...walls and ceilings. Juan and crew were very accommodating as they were able to squeeze my job in during a busy time of year for them! The crew was amazingly friendly as they always arrived very punctually, worked hard, and straightened up before leaving. The guys were not satisfied until I was satisfied and they took customer happiness to the extreme. Before completing the job, they did a final walk-through to ensure that they hadn't missed any spots! I would definitely use M-Cor painting, LLC again and would gladly recommend them!

What a great honest company. We weren't the easiest costumers, due to our indecisiveness. They still took their time and made sure it was done right. I appreciate their dedication to do quality work, you dont see that as often anymore.
