Professional Painting in Black Forest, Colorado

Black Forest is unlike most of the Colorado Springs area — larger lots, heavily wooded properties, custom and semi-custom homes, and a setting that puts exterior surfaces through some of the most demanding conditions in the region. Snow load, wind exposure, pine sap, and moisture are facts of life for Black Forest homeowners. So is the need for exterior painting and surface prep that takes all of that seriously.

M-Cor Painting works regularly with Black Forest homeowners on exterior projects that require more than a standard repaint. We assess surface conditions carefully, identify wood deterioration or moisture intrusion that needs to be addressed before painting, and apply materials suited to the specific demands of the environment.

For interior projects, Black Forest homes often feature custom millwork, exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, and other architectural elements that require careful masking, precise cutting, and experience with non-standard surfaces. We’ve done it, and we do it well. If you have a property in Black Forest and you’re looking for a painter who won’t treat it like a standard subdivision job — call us. We’ll come out, take a good look, and give you an honest assessment and a clear estimate.

M-Cor repaired damaged stucco on the exterior of my house. Then painted the entire exterior. They did a great job, very high attention to detail. I would use them again.

I needed my whole exterior and interior done...walls and ceilings. Juan and crew were very accommodating as they were able to squeeze my job in during a busy time of year for them! The crew was amazingly friendly as they always arrived very punctually, worked hard, and straightened up before leaving. The guys were not satisfied until I was satisfied and they took customer happiness to the extreme. Before completing the job, they did a final walk-through to ensure that they hadn't missed any spots! I would definitely use M-Cor painting, LLC again and would gladly recommend them!

What a great honest company. We weren't the easiest costumers, due to our indecisiveness. They still took their time and made sure it was done right. I appreciate their dedication to do quality work, you dont see that as often anymore.
